emphasises sharing, conviviality and good food. It is this spirit, inseparable from excellence in the best
French tradition, that we would like to share with you.
Wanting to invite the Balkan countries into this culinary world, Ivan Stojanovic has created a bridge between the two regions of Europe closest to his heart.
He has carefully selected exceptional products created with a level of expertise that is unique in the world and an ancient philosophy of life, pursuing two goals: sharing and emotion !
Ivan Stojanovic was born in France to Serbian parents and divides his time between Lyon, Belgrade and Croatian Adriatic Coast.
Coming from a background of demanding professional environments, he has always aspired
to base his work on his values. After successful management experience in large corporations,
he decided to change direction and focus on a more personal activity on a human scale.
He wanted to combine his affection for the countries of the former Yugoslavia and his values
of sharing, respect for nature and a taste for excellence.
The culinary arts were a natural choice – a symbol of sharing between people regardless
of their culture, respect for nature in the form of the ingredients and finally
the excellence of chefs and artisans who create new flavours.
This was the seed for "Les Symphonies Gastronomiques"
the idea of sharing the excellence of French cuisine with the Balkan countries..
